Do I need an account to use the mobile app?
- You do not need to set up a separate account to get started with the mobile app. Simply, click “Continue as Guest” on the login screen.
- However, you can login using the same Username/Password you use on your existing membership fulfillment website. If you do not remember your login, select “Forgot Password” to retrieve your Username/Password.
- You do not need an account to access the free discount Rx savings coupon or brand name mail-order medications.
Will I stay logged into the app?
You will stay logged in the app, unless you select “Log out” under account information.
Can I access my digital benefit cards offline?
Yes. You can access the digital benefit member cards after the first log in.
Is my private information secure?
NBBI respects your privacy and security. Your personal information is encrypted within our secure server. Also, we never store sensitive information like credit card data on the app.
How do I make a payment?
Payments are made upon the purchase of a discount benefit product.
I forgot my password or user ID?
